Growth in this business isn’t always loud.
Some seasons are spent learning, building, and gaining perspective long before anyone notices the shift.

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on how leadership evolves — not by becoming someone new, but by becoming more intentional about the work you choose, the people you collaborate with, and the environments you help create.

We kicked off with our monthly meeting,
followed by our annual meeting, reflecting on achievements and future goals. Being part of TCREA means being in a supportive community that elevates our industry. Sharing laughter and stories felt like the highlight. I’m grateful to be part of TCREA.
