• Letter from your employer confirming your employment
• Most recent pay stub
• A copy of your National ID card, Driver’s License, or Passport
• If applicable, include a work permit

⚠️ Due to high demand, we can only respond to complete applications.

Unit Preparation & Availability
• Our current tenant will vacate on April 30, 2025.
• We allocate up to 10 days for refurbishment, painting, deep cleaning, and necessary appliance repairs or replacements.
• The apartment will be available for move-in starting May 10, 2025.

Financial Requirements
• Monthly rent: $1,900
• Last month’s rent required in advance
• Refundable security deposit: One month’s rent ($1,900)
• Refundable electricity deposit: $350
• Refundable water deposit: $250

🚫 Subletting is strictly prohibited – the apartment can only be occupied by the approved tenant(s).

Bark + Bliss

When our family acquired the property on Lower Bight road in Providenciales we didnt know that along with it came four brilliant residents; Spot, Bruce, Goldie and Fluffy and the lovely Ginger.

With help from our neighbours, we officially took over their care early last year. Ginger was in bad shape and she had to be laid to rest last year.

Sadly, this morning,, Bruce (aka: TheGuv) left us. Everyone loved Bruce, and we only hope that the last few months were the best months of his life.

We are going to miss you buddy, be good and make sure you take care of Ginger , the same way you took care of us.
