Kedves NER, és mindenki, aki eddig a rendszer VIP páholyában kortyolgatta a közpénz ízű koktélt…
Na, mi újság otthon?
Hallom, a „stabil rendszer” most kicsit olyan, mint egy Balaton Sound után ottfelejtett műanyag szék: még áll, de már senki nem ül rá nyugodt szívvel. 😄
Tudjátok, van az a pont, amikor az ember elkezd hirtelen nem annyira bízni a holnapban, mint inkább a „hol van a legközelebbi reptér” kérdésben.
Semmi gond. Teljesen természetes folyamat. Evolúció. Darwin is ezt csinálta volna, csak neki nem volt Ryanair appja.
👉 És itt jövök képbe én.
Mert miközben otthon egyesek próbálják újradefiniálni, hogy mi számít „baráti körnek”, én itt Thaiföldön inkább azon dolgozom, hogy:
• hogyan lesz a „valahonnan lett tőke”-ből tengerparti apartman
• hogyan lesz az apartmanból passzív jövedelem
• és hogyan lesz a passzív jövedelemből egy olyan élet, ahol a legnagyobb probléma az, hogy „ma mangó shake vagy coconut smoothie?” 🥭🥥
És igen, mielőtt megkérdeznétek:
👉 a vízum ügyintézésben is szívesen segítek, mert tudom, hogy a „maradnék még egy kicsit” néha nagyon gyorsan „jobb, ha maradok örökre”-vé alakul 😉
Krabi, Ao Nang…
Napfény, tenger, mosolygó emberek – és ami a legfontosabb:
👉 itt senkit nem érdekel, hogy eddig melyik oldalon álltál.
Maximum az, hogy mennyi időre foglalsz hosszabbítást.
Ne értsetek félre, nem menekülés ez.
Ez stratégiai átcsoportosítás.
Portfólió diverzifikáció.
Életbiztosítás 2.0.
És ha már úgyis hozzászoktatok ahhoz, hogy „jó helyen kell lenni, jó időben”…
akkor hadd súgjak:
👉 most pont ez a hely, és pont ez az idő.
Szóval ha egy kicsit remeg a szék, amin eddig ültetek…
ne ragaszkodjatok hozzá. Az csak egy szék.
Itt viszont van napágy. És koktél. És WiFi is. 😄

From what I hear, that “stable environment” is starting to feel like a festival chair left behind after the party — still there, but nobody really trusts it anymore. 😄
There comes a moment in life when you stop trusting “the system”…
and start checking flight tickets instead.
Perfectly natural. Even Darwin would agree — survival of the smartest (with WiFi and a passport).
👉 That’s where I come in.
While some people are busy redefining what “loyal circle” means this week…
I’m here in Thailand focusing on more practical things, like:
• how “mysteriously accumulated capital” turns into beachfront apartments
• how apartments turn into passive income
• and how passive income turns into a life where your biggest decision is
“mango shake or coconut smoothie today?” 🥭🥥
And before you ask — yes:
👉 I’m also happy to help with visa arrangements, because I know how quickly
“just staying a bit longer” turns into “I might never go back” 😉
