🎯 What do 240Hz and 300Hz actually mean?
FPS = how many frames your PC produces.
Hz = how many times your monitor can refresh the image per second.
For example:
300 FPS + 300Hz → your monitor can refresh up to 300 times/second.
240 FPS + 240Hz → up to 240 refreshes/second.
300Hz + 150 FPS → your PC is only producing around 150 FPS, so you aren't getting the full benefit of 300Hz.
