JLL Thailand has successfully executed another exceptional long-term land lease deal for a premium site in Bangkok's Asok-Phrom Phong district. The transaction was completed through a competitive tender process.

We congratulate The Erawan Group Public Company Limited on their successful bid. The site will be transformed into a new hotel development, demonstrating strong investor confidence in Bangkok's hospitality market.

ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2568 เป็นต้นไป กรุงเทพมหานครจะเริ่มใช้ระบบการจัดเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมขยะรูปแบบใหม่ เพื่อตอบรับกับปริมาณขยะที่เพิ่มสูงขึ้นจนต้องใช้งบประมาณหลายพันล้านบาทต่อปีในการกำจัด การเปลี่ยนแปลงครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงแต่ช่วยบริหารต้นทุน แต่ยังเป็นการก้าวสู่เมืองที่ สะอาด ยั่งยืน และน่าอยู่มากขึ้นสำหรับทุกคน

Asia Pacific hotel investment volume reached USD 4.7 billion in the first half of 2025.

Thailand delivered a strong performance with USD 301 million in H1, and investment volumes are projected to exceed USD 650 million by year-end. The market continues to show healthy liquidity, led by domestic buyers dominating transactions.
