🌀 Job Vacancy: Marketing & SMM Manager (Full-Time, In-Office)

Objective:
Drive a steady flow of clients for rental and property sales through smart digital marketing and organic content promotion.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
• Set up and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, possibly Google Ads)
• Create engaging photo and video content
• Design and deliver visually appealing and conversion-focused posts
• Develop a promotion strategy for services
• Analyze performance, prepare reports, and adjust campaigns accordingly

🔹 Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of English is must
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing
• Experience with real estate or tourism advertising is a plus
• Solid knowledge of current digital trends and tools
• Understanding of Phuket’s tourist audience
• Confidence in handling analytics and ad budgets
