Mortgage provider is a company that introduces borrowers to lenders, it's as simple as that.

We sell properties in Thailand with mortgages or arrange loans against properties for existing owners.

In order to provide our clients with the loans that they want we need the funds.
We work with private individual lenders who provide our clients with the financing they require.

We only organize loans that are registered against properties at the land office and this means that we can offer a completely safe and legal investment opportunity to everyone.

Typically we arrange loans at an interest rate of around 7-8% but every loan requires its own negotiation and is decided between the borrower and lender.

Subject to Thai law we can charge as much as 15% interest sometimes we have clients willing to pay that rate for quick loans.

We have organized loans for periods as short as 6 months and as long as 10 years, again this product can be tailored to meet your individual needs.

All properties are professionally valued and we never advise people to lend more than 70% of the value of the property, this means that even in the worst-case scenario your money is completely safe.

Every loan we arrange is processed by independent law firms chosen by you yourself.

URGENT LENDER NEEDED - EARN UP TO 15% INTEREST

The owner of these 2 condos is in urgent need of a loan.

He is looking to borrow 2,600,000 THB for 12 months.

The loan can be registered as a mortgage on the title deeds at Banglamung Land Office which is perfectly legal for both foreign and Thai individuals to do.

Our client is happy to pay interest of 10 - 12% but knows that the legal limit in Thailand is 15% and if he has to take that then he will.

The reason for the urgency is that before contacting us he had arranged another loan who has let him down at the last minute.
