Nakheel has revealed its plan to relaunch and rebrand the master-planned project, Palm Jebel Ali.

Sources from Nakheel, the master developer behind the world-class Palm Jumeirah, told Arabian Business that Palm Jebel Ali is set to be relaunched and renamed.

In a statement to Arabian Business, A Nakheel spokesperson also confirmed that “the Palm Jebel Ali masterplan is being revisited,”

Construction on Palm Jebel Ali started in 2002 but was halted in 2008. It was frozen since. The sister project to Palm Jumeirah. It is 50% larger and is expected to redefine the luxury and leisure landscape of the city.
