We did this evening, with a group of friends last July, a fantastic and memorable evening.
Why not include this trip, during your holiday at Villa Yaz Evi?

An evening at Şahika 🍾🥂🍷🥙
As sun slowly begins its descent, you will be met at the harbour and greeted by your driver for the evening. Your car will take you out of Kalkan and up to a perched location high above to watch the sunset.

Your first stop will be a place just outside Bezirgan village. Depending on the season, you may witness a herd of goats nearby. With a clink of glasses, you settle into a secluded spot overlooking the horizon, sipping on bubbly as the sun dips lower, painting Kalkan in distance below in various hues just before darkness.

Following sunset, your transport will bring you into the village proper and after a few turns, into the secluded gaden illuminated by soft, twinkling lights. This is Şahika

Surrounded by trees, flowers and soft lighting, a candlelit table awaits, with promise of a special evening.
As you indulge in the tantalizing tasting menu which changes regularly, you’ll also have the option of enjoying some fine wine with your meal.

When your meal is complete, your car will be waiting for you just outside the garden, ready to take you back to the Kalkan harbor, where you can continue your evening under moonlight.

Beautiful traditional stone Villa.
A perfect Turkish home from home.
Very private with stunning views from all terraces.
Brilliant location, being close enough to town, yet far enough away to not hear the nightlife of an evening.
Yaz Evi boasts:
Modern living, with a traditional feel.
3 bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities.
2 Bedrooms with kingsize Beds
1 Bedroom with two single beds.
There is a secluded roof terrace, with stunning views over the bay.
A seating area off the top floor, bedroom 3, where you can watch the sun go down with a pre dinner drink.
There is also a completely private sunbathing area on this terrace.
Downstairs:
Comfy, open plan downstairs lounge and fully equipped kitchen.
The Villa is fully air conditioned.
We have free WiFi and smart satellite tv with full sky etc.
Kitchen:
The kitchen which is fully equipped, and has all you need for your holiday including a Nespresso coffee machine and a 19 litre water cooler.
Microwave and oven/hob etc.
Dining seating for 6.🍴
A large Utility room with a rain shower, also washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
The pool terrace full sea views.
It has 2 separate, furnished areas, to relax on.
Pool:
We have a private pool, with walk in/sit on steps, for easy access 👙
Step area suitable for sitting, is around 30cm deep.
Pool towels provided.
Dining:
There are alfresco dining areas and separate outside seating areas, with comfortable sofa’s shaded with a large umbrella, to keep you cool from the heat of the midday sun. The perfect place to relax with a book and glass of something cool.🍹
To the rear, we have a separate terrace with a traditional stone BBQ.
We also supply a gas BBQ for your convenience.🍗🥬
There is a table tennis table🏓with bats and balls.

The Villa is in a convenient and quiet location in lower Kiziltas and is approx 10-minutes walking distance into town.
There are 2 hotels, a couple of restaurants and a supermarket all within 5 mins walk.
Yaz Evi comes very highly recommended with many returning guests each year.
We even got a mention in The times travel section.

The top terrace bedroom at Yaz Evi has it all.

Why not take a walk from Villa Yaz Evi. Treat yourself to an early Spring or maybe an Easter break in Kalkan?
There are lots of lovely walks in the area to choose from.
The weather in April and May is the perfect temperature for sightseeing .

I haven’t posted for a while but I thought I’d update with our late October- November 2024 OFFER of £150 per night @ Villa Yaz Evi. The Villa sleeps 6 people.
Minimum stay 5 nights.
