1. Classic Dinner Rolls
Ingredients
• 4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 packet instant yeast
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup warm milk
• 1/2 cup warm water
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 2 large eggs
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
2. Add warm milk, warm water, melted butter, and eggs.
3. Knead until soft and smooth (8–10 minutes).
4. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
5. Shape into rolls and place on baking tray.
6. Let rise again for 30 minutes.
7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–20 minutes until golden.
2. Buttery Dinner Rolls
Ingredients
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 packet instant yeast
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 1/4 tsp salt
• 2/3 cup warm milk
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• 2 large eggs
Instructions
1. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add milk, butter, and eggs.
3. Knead into a smooth dough.
4. Let rise for 1 hour.
5. Divide and shape into rolls.
6. Brush with melted butter.
7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18 minutes.
3. Garlic Herb Dinner Rolls
Ingredients
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 packet instant yeast
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 cup warm milk
• 3 tbsp butter, melted
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 3 tbsp chopped fresh herbs

1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
2. Add milk, butter, garlic, and herbs.
3. Knead into soft dough.
4. Let rise for 1 hour.
5. Shape into rolls and rest 30 minutes.
6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–20 minutes.
7. Brush with garlic butter after baking.
4. Honey Dinner Rolls
Ingredients
• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 packet instant yeast
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup warm milk
• 2 tbsp butter, melted
• 1 large egg
Instructions
1. Mix flour, yeast, and salt.
2. Add honey, milk, butter, and egg.
3. Knead until soft.
4. Rest for 1 hour.
5. Shape into rolls.
6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18 minutes.
7. Brush with honey butter if desired.
5. Whole Wheat Rolls
Ingredients
• 1 2/3 cups whole wheat flour
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 packet instant yeast
• 3 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup warm milk
• 1/4 cup warm water
• 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
1. Mix flours, yeast, sugar, and salt.
2. Add milk, water, and oil.
3. Knead 10 minutes.
4. Let rise 1–1.5 hours.
5. Shape rolls.
6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
6. No-Knead Dinner Rolls
Ingredients
• 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 cups warm water
• 1/2 cup warm milk
• 3 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients with a spoon.
2. Cover and rest for 2–3 hours.
3. Scoop dough into greased tray.
4. Brush with butter.
5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–22 minutes.
