🍊 Orange Mascarpone Cheesecake with Chocolate Ganache 🍫

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz mascarpone cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- Zest of 2 oranges
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese, cream cheese, and 1 cup sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Stir in the orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract until fully incorporated. Pour the filling over the cooled crust in the pan.
5. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly open for 1 hour.
6. Remove from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
7. For the ganache, heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Pour it over the chopped chocolate in a bowl and stir until smooth and glossy.
8. Pour the ganache over the chilled cheesecake and spread evenly. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes to set the ganache before serving.

- For the raspberry drizzle: 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries; 1/4 cup granulated sugar; 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.

2. Add warm milk, warm water, melted butter, and eggs.

4. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
5. Shape into rolls and place on baking tray.
6. Let rise again for 30 minutes.
7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–20 minutes until golden.

• 3 tbsp melted butter

Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients with a spoon.
2. Cover and rest for 2–3 hours.
3. Scoop dough into greased tray.
4. Brush with butter.
5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–22 minutes.
