The Job will entail knowing the ins and outs of the three properties on hand. Constant communication with company heads and staff that run the properties is key.
Previous realestate experience is not required but is favourable to us.
- You will have to make sure communications are excellent between all ends.
-A strong leader with effective solutions for various problems is required for this job.
- The noting down of the in-going stock and out-going stock within the properties is required.
- Knowing, communicating, and writing in English is an absolute must.
- strong literacy and numeracy skills to handle administrative tasks
- knowledge of basic computer skills to track and monitor properties
- graphic design preferred to create advertisements
- ability to follow instructions
- manage time efficiently
