🔹 Construction Update - The Eyes of Zanzibar | 27.02.2026 🔹

The Eyes of Zanzibar project continues to progress confidently in line with the approved construction schedule.
During the reporting period, the main focus was placed on finishing works, installation of engineering systems, and phased preparation for the final stages of construction.

🏗️ Block A
Tiling works are advancing actively:
1st and 2nd floors - approximately 90% complete,
3rd floor - completed,
4th floor - 70% complete,
5th floor - approximately 60% complete.

Internal plastering works have been fully completed.
External plastering is 50% complete and ongoing.
Gypsum board ceiling installation has reached approximately 90% completion.

The first stage of plumbing works is 90% complete, with final adjustments currently underway.
The first stage of electrical installation has been fully completed.
Internal painting works are approximately 40% complete and temporarily on hold, with resumption expected within the next few days.

Block A is approaching the final stage of first-fix engineering and ceiling works.

🏗️ Block B
Internal plastering works are 50% complete and ongoing.
External plastering is in active progress.
The first stage of plumbing works is approximately 80% complete.
The first stage of electrical installation has also reached 80% completion.

Works in Block B are progressing steadily, with a structured transition toward the next stages of finishing and engineering installations.

🏊 Swimming Pool Area
Concrete works are approximately 30% complete and progressing in accordance with the construction schedule. The formation of the pool structure continues as planned.

The Eyes of Zanzibar project demonstrates stable and consistent progress.
The upcoming focus will be on accelerating finishing works, maintaining strict quality control, and preparing for testing and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems.

The team of MB Homes will take part in the international real estate exhibition Second Home Expo, which will be held in Antwerp.

🔹 AuraRa | Construction Update: 28.02.2026 🔹

The AuraRa project continues progressing confidently according to schedule.
During the reporting period, the main focus was on structural works: reinforcement, formwork, concreting, and preparing a solid foundation for further vertical construction.

🏗 Block A

First Floor
- Formwork installation for beams and slab has been completed;
- Reinforcement works for beams and slab have been fully completed;
- Concreting of the floor slab has been completed;
- Slab formwork has been dismantled;
- Formwork, reinforcement, and concreting of first-floor columns have been completed;
- Column formwork has been dismantled.

Second Floor
- Formwork and reinforcement of beams and slab have been completed;
- Slab concreting has been completed;
- Second-floor columns have been installed, reinforced, and concreted;
- Column formwork dismantling has been completed.

Third Floor
- Formwork and reinforcement of beams and slab have been completed;
- Slab concreting is currently in progress.

Block A Summary:
Works are progressing in line with the schedule.
The next stage includes completing the concreting of the third-floor slab and beginning construction of the third-floor columns.

🏗 Block B

Earthworks
- Excavation and soil removal have been completed;
- Layered hardcore backfilling has been carried out;
- Mechanical compaction and leveling of the base are currently in progress.

Block B Summary:
The foundation base is being formed in layers with mandatory mechanical compaction to ensure a stable and durable foundation.
The next stage includes blinding works, base reinforcement installation, and formwork setup.

Construction at Aura Ra Paje continues to move forward confidently and in line with the approved schedule. During the reporting period, the main focus was on structural works, steel reinforcement, formwork installation, and site preparation - laying a solid foundation for the next stages of construction 👇

Basement & Ground Floor
• Waterproofing of the basement concrete walls has been completed.
• De-shuttering of the ground floor slab formwork has been fully finalized.
• Steel reinforcement, formwork installation, and concrete pouring of the ground floor slab have been successfully completed.
• Backfilling works for the concrete walls and water well are currently in progress.
• Steel reinforcement, formwork installation, and concrete pouring works for the ground floor columns are ongoing.

Works are progressing according to schedule, with preparations underway for the construction of first-floor beams and slab.

🏗️ Block B

Excavation
• Site cleaning has been completed.
• Excavation works have started and are actively ongoing, with soil removal in progress.
