Style. Budget. Sourcing. Design.

Most clients don’t think about it this way—but sourcing (selecting real materials, finishes, and pieces) actually begins before the design itself.

That’s why one of the very first questions I ask is: what is the implementation budget?

Because a beautiful image means nothing if it can’t exist in reality.
The final result only works when everything you see in a 3D visualization is actually achievable within the client’s budget.

Of course, it’s easy to create a stunning interior using the most expensive materials, furniture, and lighting.
What’s much more challenging—and far more valuable—is creating something both beautiful and budget-conscious.

In one of my recent projects, before even starting the bathroom visualization, I visited multiple tile and ceramic showrooms and spent hours researching online—looking for something that would truly inspire me and align with our concept, which included elements of Arabic architecture.

And this time, I fell in love with mosaic.

From there, through experimentation, we developed a unique floor pattern using mosaic pieces of different shapes and sizes. For the wall, we created an entire mosaic composition—almost like a piece of art.
