In Ukraine, for the spring, the average rate of living on the secondary market decreased by 3.1% - from USD 929 per 1 m2 (UAH 24 thousand) to USD 901 per 1 m2 (UAH 23 thousand).
About the price of confirming the results of the preliminaries of the secondary market for the lack of deterioration of Ukraine, held by the Association of Fakhivts of the Insufficiency (Real Estate) of Ukraine, spirally with the geoinformation portal "Uvekon".
for 1 room - decreased by 0.6% (from 957 to 951 dollars / m2);
for 2 rooms - by 2% (from 886 to 860 dollars / m2);
for 3 rooms - by 4.6% (from 879 to 838 dollars / m2);
for 4 rooms - by 7.8% (from 1227 to 1131 dollars / m2).
