My Interview with Manager of Ikon Boutique Hotel. He is offering King or 2-Twin Bed Room at $210 a week including Airport Pickup / Drop Off, Breakfast & Wi-Fi

Talked to the General Manager of Ikon Boutique Hotel (Formerly 4 Penguins Hotel). The hotel is at Sky Beach, Nalugala Village, Entebbe, about 500 yards from Lake Victoria.

He offered a special Bed and Breakfast Room Rate of $210 a week or $630.00 per month (max occupancy 2 per room). This price includes a room with a King Sized or Two Twin Beds, Bathroom, Desk, Private Balcony, TV, Airport Pickup and Drop Off, Breakfast, Cable, Wi-Fi as well as Weekly Washing and Ironing. (Prices good through Dec 31, 2021) Transportation, Tours and other Concierge Services available at an extra charge.

Suites are also available, at $330 a week or $990 a month (1 bedroom) or $450 a week or $1,350 a month, and all rooms have a view of Lake Victoria.

We will do an interview in the next couple of days and he'll extend the welcome personally and I'll post some additional photos of rooms

Over 50% of all mortgages in Uganda are financed by Housing Finance Bank. There is also Stanbic, Standard Chartered and ABSA Bank (Formerly Barclays) that do loans for certain types of customers.

The rates here are high, so if it's possible to do financing in America, Asia, or Europe the rates will probably be lower.

In the future, we will be offering new home builds with 30% down to secure plots and plans with additional payments as client's homes are being built. There are limitations on foreigners owning land, so please do your research. We have Ugandan Lawyers and Realtors standing by ready to help.
