POINTS TO BE CONSIDERED BEFORE BUYING LAND:

1. Do official search with land office, Do your background check and dig deep into the property and all its papers.

2.Enlist a land surveyor with a full license also to demarcate the land immediately

3.check with the Lc's get time and go back alone with out a seller or brokers.

4.If the plot is unbelievably cheap! Don't rush to pay such land may have issues later

5.Never get pressure to rush payouts with stories like, the seller has a medical problem, the seller has a loan etc...

6.Suggest to pay through bank with the company account number

7.Take a video or a photo of payment session mainly if you're dealing with individual

8. Add a sellers National ID plus the sales agreement

9.Transfer the title immediately after the transaction

10. Always pray to get a right Real estate company
