📌 JOB OPPORTUNITY – CASHIER
PECO RESTAURANT
Peco Restaurant is looking for a dedicated and customer-friendly Cashier to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive customer orders and process payments accurately (cash, mobile money, POS).
• Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records.
• Assist in balancing daily sales and preparing reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries politely.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the cashier desk.
• Support other restaurant operations when required.
Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum of a Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or retail environment.
• Strong numerical and communication skills.
• Honest, trustworthy, and highly organized.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
• MUST be a resident in the areas of Najjanankumbi, Namasuba, Makindye and surrounding areas.
