Ant-On Ville Suites Ant-On Ville Suites is the brainchild of a young, ambitious, intuitive budding investor born and bred in Uganda.

The idea is to have fully furnished suites for short-term rental by persons visiting Uganda for business, tourism or pleasure.

Ant-On Ville Suites now has tenants that have been with us for a couple of months. We are looking at improving the available environment around the Suites including completing planting of trees and flowers.

We got a tenant in February 2020 and expect another one in June 2020. The environment around the Suites is quite nice. There are several new buildings coming up. There are 2 supermarkets about 100 metres away. There is also a police post in the vicinity to ensure security.

The units are located 21 km from Entebbe International Airport and 27 km from Kampala Central Business District. The location is called Bwerenga.

Dear potential clients, Ant-On Ville Suites has adjusted the business model for the short term. We are now taking on clients for longterm rental arrangement. The monthly rent is UShs 600,000. There are currently 2 units available at that price. The third unit is accommodating the caretaker for now. There are plans to have alternative accommodation for the caretaker in the medium term. So, if you are interested in taking up one of the units, please call 0701 923 116. The units are located in the Jomayi Housing Estate at Bwerenga 4 km from Kawuku along Entebbe Road. The premises are 21 km from Entebbe International Airport.
