Who are you doing it all for? In Ranger School, I faced moments I wanted to quit. In the military, I had my team—my reason to keep going.

Leaders—you’ll reach a point where you might quit on yourself, but you won’t quit on others. That’s the difference between giving up and leading with purpose.

The lesson? Living for yourself isn’t enough. In business and leadership, your purpose should be bigger than you—think about the people you serve, the team you lead, and the impact you create.
