This exactly what they did and destroyed my family.
Cfs attorney, said to judge in trial, that they are going to keep my kids now because, when they come back for the kids again they would be. Considered damaged property and would not be adoptable so they are going to just keep them now while they can still adopt them. I was followed felt like hunted for over 7 years, and they removed my kids 3 times before keeping them. Even on the third time I was getting them back, they refused to help with getting into an apartment, but gave me furniture for the kids, then rip them away from me, and there is no goodbye visit, let me alone say goodbye to my children, no at TG be er ND of trial my lawyer said to me I will be ever see my kids again. I did everything in the first 6 months, I missed 1 test and t he en they put me into another whole program after a year. I completed that bu****it too. I even appealed my trial, Jack Love in Palmdale, is working for cfs. He lied in my case saying I was a m**hhead is the words he used. In 3 cases over 7 years, i have never had a dirty text for m**h, w**d yes but m**h no. So how am I a m**hhead mom? And of course the l don't need to come to court. So I won't be able to see what a piece of s**t he said I was. I need someone to help me sue a lot of people for me and all of my family for the trauma and loss of time for all 7 of us.
In California there are currently over 60,000 children in foster care. Los Angeles County accounts for more than half that number, with over 33,000 children in the foster care system.
