Our company is paid a simple management percentage at the beginning and completion of the project, aligning our success with a well-managed and efficient build.
We also understand that construction needs to fit into your life. We meet on your schedule, and your project can move as fast or as slow as you need. If you prefer work to be done on weekends only so you don’t have to take time off work or disrupt your routine, we can coordinate the schedule to make that happen.
