After eight years of working on property, moving from North Carolina to Florida taking on various roles, Morgan joined the Marketing Department as Aspen’s Social Media and Content Management Associate where she seamlessly created, from scratch, a brilliantly branded environment for our portfolio to thrive in.

Morgan’s enthusiasm for marketing, passion for social media and natural ability to train have successfully, in leaps and bounds, improved our employee’s confidence in social branding and the entire portfolio’s overall impressions and engagement. However, her skillset and work are not limited to only her social media accomplishments.

Morgan has been an instrumental part of Aspen’s website performance and development being a leader in content creation. Her commitment to thoroughly understanding the ever-changing digital landscape we find ourselves operating in is unparalleled and a level of expertise Aspen needs as we anticipate an increased demand for strategic content.

Meet Alivia Villa, Leasing Consultant at Level 550 in Mesa, AZ! ✨

Alivia's impact on her team has been nothing short of extraordinary. Although Liv joined Aspen just 10 months ago, she has truly hit the ground running, stepping into the multifamily industry with no prior experience and quickly establishing herself as one of our standout performers.

Since her very first day Liv has consistently delivered exceptional leasing performance, maintaining an impressive 33% conversion rate and 57% closing ratio, both well above our company benchmarks. She averages 13 leases per month, a remarkable achievement for someone so new to the industry and a true testament to her natural talent, determination, and dedication to her craft.

Liv’s drive and results were on full display this year when she earned Aspen’s Top Leasing Agent for Conventional Communities in January, closing an incredible 19 leases in a single month.

Liv approaches every prospect interaction with confidence, enthusiasm, and a genuine commitment to helping people find their perfect home.

Beyond the numbers, Liv brings a positive attitude and uplifting energy that make a real difference for both our residents and her team. She is always willing to step in and support others, cover scheduling and staffing needs, and contribute to the success of the entire Ariona portfolio.
