A2: No, Before and After the Move is a directory of local professionals and services. Professionals are rated and reviewed by
previous customers to assist you in choosing the professional that is right for you.

Q3: What areas do you serve?
A3: Before and After the Move provides information about local professionals in Upstate New York. We offer listings for
Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga, Rensselaer and Schoharie County.

Q4: Do you require a membership fee to access to your information?
A4: Before and After the Move does not charge a fee. We are a directory and hope that by having resources, important
information and experienced professionals listed in one place, we can make your relocation and home ownership a little easier.

Q5: Does Before and After the Move coordinate moves?
A5: We do not coordinate moves. We have professional move coordinators and senior moving professionals listed in our
directory that can assist with moving.

Q6: Does Before and After the Move provide any services?
A6: Right now, we provide utility concierge services. We will coordinate the shutting off, turning on or modifications to your
utilities and security systems. We will even come to your home and wait for the utility person to install any necessary equipment.

A6: Before and After the Move will also provide assistance to individuals moving from out of state. We can provide them with information
about the Capital District to assist them in choosing a specific area to re-locate.
