We are excited to announce the 2024 City of Albany Holiday Tree Lighting at Academy Park (across the street from City Hall) on Thursday December 5th in Albany, NY, occurring from 5pm-7pm! Our office will be giving out FREE craft bags, hot cocoa, cider, coffee, donuts and empanadas, while supplies last. Enjoy all the photo opps in our Winter Wonderland and live performances by Albany High School's Albanettes & Troubadours. This event is free to attend and family friendly, Happy Holidays!

Neighborhood & Community Services is hosting a Trunk or Treat event on October 30th from 4:30pm-6:30pm to provide a safe place for young children to enjoy Halloween activities at 200 Henry Johnson Blvd. There will be candy, decorations, and a costume contest, and fun for all. We also will be joined by Albany Water Albany NY Library Albany Fire Department City of Albany Department of General Services New York State Office of General Services Healthy Capital District Sheridan Hollow Neighborhood Capital Region Transportation Council - formerly CDTCCDPHP Cycle University at Albany, SUNY Healthy Alliance MVP Health Care Albany Police Department and more. We look forward to seeing you there.
