Anyone need some high quality storm windows ?
We had ordered these for a house that we had a work order for the windows to be replaced but the order was canceled after we had already had them shipped.
9 windows total.
So now they are sitting in our garage collecting dust for over a year now..... If anyone is interested we can give a good deal or make an offer and can let you know the exact sizes.

Sent here for 8-10 inches of water in a flooded basement.....arrived to find about 5 Foot instead !
The water heater floated and broke the water lines at some point ...so this house had a built in basement swimming pool.
Glad to help out the realtor and get this problem resolved quickly. 💪

C&N Property Management is looking for a sub contractor to be paid on a self employeed 1099 commission bases (paid per inspection) to complete multiple property inspections in multiple cities, and counties in northern indiana. Pay varies by inspection type and location. Requires alot of driving.

Job duties are as follows:
Taking interior and exterior photos
Posting and/or delivering paper work
Confirming occupancy etc.

Orders must be completed by due dates...

Looking for part time and full time help
Work can only be completed during the day (daylight hours only)

!!!!!Paid weekly!!!!!
....Must have the following.....
Valid drivers license
Be able to pass background check
Reliable transportation--that gets good gas mileage due to the amount of driving required.
Smart phone with celluar and internet service
Gps
Must know how to use gps and phone apps

If you do not have the items stated above please do not waste my time!!!

It's been awhile since our last FB post ! Been staying busy doing the dirty work that most don't want to do (and we don't blame ya 😳).
Today we had a fallen tree at a property that needed cleaned up , so here we are . Will be back a day this week with a BobCat to get the heavy stuff.
Let us know if you have any property maintenance needs or handy man work that needs done ! Always willing to take on extra work as long as our schedule allows.
