New door and glass project make this downtown space inviting! Progress is happening every week!

We are thrilled with how the façade improvements are going at 308A. Gone is the outdated aluminum cladding, and the new shingled awning fits in nicely with the neighboring buildings. We were even able to reveal and retain a historic architectural feature with the two columns that were previously covered!

Next up will be a new door and windows before we wrap up with final trim, tuck pointing, and signage for the Secretary of State office! All of this thanks in part to grant support from the Albion Downtown Development Authority (DDA).

Our previously advertised unit at 308C has a happy new tenant! We now have a new opening waiting for the next home hunters out there. Have you noticed a bit of construction happening in the 300 Block? There’s more to come! Earlier this spring, it was announced that Risner-Wade Properties is a recipient of the City of Albion, Michigan’s Downtown Development Authority Facade Improvement Grant. Contractors have begun work on this building and we are so excited to get a peek at the steel column hidden under aluminum for so many decades!
