Earlier this year, I felt the nudge to dive into a heart project for me and my family. The Wholehearted Calendar was born. 🥹 And I pretty quickly realized it was meant to be shared.

And so I'm sharing 😊

It's a gentle companion for the year ahead — something beautiful and faith-filled to support slower rhythms, intentional living, and everyday moments with God. 🩶

Each month is designed to ground your days in grace and remind you to live from the heart, even in the middle of ordinary life. I've added all the things that make my heart happy: sunshine, clotheslines, sourdough and simple country living.

This year taught me that looking back with grace changes everything.
When I pause long enough, I can see God’s fingerprints on the spaces we've brought to life, the moments that shaped us, and the places He carried us through. 🥹

I’m learning that gratitude doesn’t rewrite the past — it reframes it. 💛
It softens the hard parts, honors the good ones, and opens my heart to hope again. ✨

As we move toward 2026 and the final weeks of 2025, I’m choosing to remember with compassion…
and look ahead with peace.
God has been faithful — and He’s not done yet. 🤍✨

✨ ANNOUNCEMENT: A Quiet New Chapter ✨

Over the past few months, the Lord has been rebuilding my heart, my pace, and my work in the most unexpected and beautiful ways. 💛 Many of you know pieces of my story—our family’s restart, the ashes He has been turning into beauty, and the gentle steps I’ve been taking back into identity, creativity and calling.

Out of that process, something new has been forming:

🌿 Wholehearted Living Co.
A simple, grace-filled collection of the things I love—home, creativity, faith, and the work of my hands.
You’ve already seen a peek of this through my embroidery and the little Etsy shop (Wholehearted Market). I've also done a mini drop for Fall over on Instagram (.alicia) 💛

But today, I’m quietly opening another branch that feels especially close to my heart:

🪴 The Wholehearted Desk.
This is a small, boutique-style way for me to support Kingdom-minded business owners—women who love Jesus, carry big vision, and simply need a bit of help behind the scenes so they can create and lead from a place of rest, not overwhelm.

I’ll be offering light admin support, gentle creative help in Canva, simple systems and structure, and the kind of calm, steady presence that brings order, peace, and clarity.

At this stage, I’m prayerfully welcoming 1–2 aligned women into this new chapter. No pressure, no hustle—just partnership the way it’s meant to be: with grace and intention.

More and more I'm learning just how simple it is: To love Him with all my heart, soul, and strength — that’s the call of a wholehearted life.

It’s not about perfection, but presence. Not about doing more, but being with Him in all things. 🤍

May our homes and hearts reflect that kind of love today.

We had our first official Airbnb guest in Cabin Six last week.

Cabin Six makes the 25th short term rental I've designed and hosted. Twenty-five! 😳

And it's the first one I've hosted that doesn't have a bathroom 😂

Even after 25 of them, I still get that same nervous feeling, worry that the guest won't be happy, question my design decisions and watch my phone a little closer in case things go terribly wrong and they need me.

Just because I'm seasoned at this does not mean I don't feel all the things. I can't help being wholehearted as a host...but I sometimes wonder if it would be easier if I cared a little less 🥺 I'll never know. I can't do it.

Anyone else out there pouring your whole heart into something and feeling a little vulnerable in the process? We need each other! Keep going, friend. Being wholehearted is ALWAYS the way. 💛
