My heart is so heavy today.

I just received a call from Nicole Tobiassen sharing the heartbreaking news that her husband, Mark Tobiassen, passed away this morning.

Mark and Nicole are the owners of ActionCOACH here in the Albuquerque area, and through their business coaching, leadership, and Growth Club events, they have poured so much into our local business community.

Mark changed my life and my business in so many ways. He challenged me, encouraged me, made me accountable, believed in me, and helped me see possibilities in myself and in my business that I may not have seen on my own. I will forever be grateful for his wisdom, his guidance, and the impact he had on my journey.

Mark touched the lives of so many business owners throughout Albuquerque and beyond. His influence, his heart for helping others grow, and his commitment to making people better will not be forgotten.

After battling West Nile encephalitis, Mark fought long and hard for eight and a half months. He was strong, courageous, and deeply loved.

Nicole will be bringing Mark back to Albuquerque for services at a future date. I will share details as they become available.

Please keep Nicole, their family, and everyone who loved Mark in your thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time.

Rest in peace, Mark. Thank you for changing lives, including mine. Your legacy will continue through every person you helped grow.

If you are friends with me, you should be aware of my sentiments regarding Veterans so I am bringing it up. I am fairly confident that I already know two individuals who will assist, but I am hopeful that I will receive four responses, as this is a pressing concern.
