KBVU Lease approved - 50 years: 40 years plus a 10 year option. Get ready Las Vegas! 🎉👏🫶

Thank you to the Boulder City Municipal Airport team and the City Council of Boulder City, for their unanimous approval of our lease.

We are very excited to move this project forward. 120+ private aircraft hangars and over 400,000 square feet of new hangar space total coming soon to KBVU.

✈️ Oshkosh! ✈️ New Location Announcement

We love all of the locations we are developing, but this one…well, it’s Oshkosh!

High Flying Hangars has signed a Letter of Intent with Wittman Regional Airport to develop a premier new hangar community at one of the most iconic airports in aviation! From premium private hangars to executive spaces with rooftop sky decks overlooking the airport, this project is designed for pilots who dream big. Located adjacent to the terminal, it offers superior views of the entire airport...and convenient access to fueling. Construction is targeted to begin in 2027 following lease negotiations.

For those of us who have made the pilgrimage to AirVenture year after year, becoming part of Wittman Field's future is something we're incredibly proud of. ❤️

This is a huge milestone for our team and for the aviation community. With demand for hangar space continuing to grow, we’re building modern, secure, and spacious hangars designed for aircraft owners who want the very best for their airplanes.

🚨 Big news from High Flying Hangars! 🚨

We’re officially cleared for takeoff on our newest project at Washington Manassas Airport, aka Manassas Regional Airport. (KHEF)! With the lease agreement now signed, we’re moving into engineering and permitting for 35 brand-new premium hangars—and we couldn’t be more excited. ✈️

If you’ve been waiting for quality hangar space in Northern Virginia, you know the demand is real. That’s why we’re building hangars that go beyond four walls and a roof, with features like full insulation, heating, high flow fans from Big Ass Fans, private restrooms, Smart Door technology, and premium bi-fold doors from Diamond Doors, designed for today’s aircraft owners.

The response has been incredible already, with more than half of the units spoken for! Thank you to everyone who has supported this project and shared in the excitement.
