With Hurricane Isaias moving inland this weekend, our members aren’t scrambling to get to the lake.

Before the storm, we secure or store anything left outside: furniture, cushions, toys, anything the wind can grab.

Within 24 hours after it passes, we’re on site checking every property. Each member gets a report with photos, notes on what we found, and an action plan for any damage.

Storms happen. Surprises don’t.

You’ll receive a full report detailing the entire walk-thru. If we notice any damage we’re a step ahead.

Membership starts with a reset.

The On-Boarding Experience is completed within the first week of Membership. Before we take over the day-to-day, we bring your property up to standard so we can keep it that way.

After we walk the grounds with you, we build a list of everything that needs attention. Then within the first week we execute. Soft washing the exterior for cob webs and build up, power washing the decks and dock, deep cleaning the interior, and properly detailing the windows. All the projects you’ve been putting off, we take care of immediately. That way as a member, we can maintain your home so you never have to worry about them again.
