My clients officially closed on their beautiful new home in 𝑫𝒆𝒗𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒆, 𝑳𝒐𝒖𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒂 last week! 🎉 After a few twists and turns along the way, we found 𝓽𝓱𝓮 𝓸𝓷𝓮 that was meant to be theirs, and getting them to the closing table made it even sweeter.

The tricky part is that a lot of these "fixes" seem to work at first - until they don't. 🩹

Then suddenly that quick fix becomes a much bigger project.
