Nobody wants to feel like they bought at the wrong time. I understand why buyers say : “I am waiting for home prices to come down.”
But if your entire strategy is waiting for a major crash, you may be building your plan around something that may never happen in the way you are hoping. Home prices can cool. They can shift seasonally. Nationwide, the long-term trend has been much bigger than the short-term noise.
