The inspection period is where deals go to die.

I've watched buyers fall completely in love with a home, write a strong offer, and then go completely cold the moment the inspection report landed in their inbox. Not because the house was a disaster. Because something in that report scared them and nobody knew how to talk them off the ledge.

Almost everything on an inspection report is fixable. An old roof is a credit conversation. An aging HVAC is a negotiation. A sewer line issue is a repair timeline.
