🚨ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!🚨
I'm operating a couple days behind, but I wanted to make sure I congratulated the seller, and gave flowers to whom they were deserved! On Monday, while I was gone, my Dynamic Duo partner Gabrielle Carlile & I closed our first deal together!
If you ever needed another example of what Bulldog Hustle looks like, I've got another for you! This home was on the market for 4 months before Gabrielle got her hands on the opportunity to bring it to market! With all of the grace in the world she reached out to me to partner up with her and hit the reset button. We lit a new fire, re-branded and marketed the property, moved forward with a killer pricing strategy, and got it under contract in 3 days with multiple offers, over asking - and then sold and closed in just 3 weeks!
I would like to take a moment to thank Tiffaney Bellflower for being such a pleasure to work it again, and my amazing right-hand lady and Transaction Coordinator Camillia Saker for taking care of my other transactions so seamlessly, so that I could learn from and focus on this one - I really never want to do this without you!
Of course I'd never miss an opportunity to thank the Honorary Bulldog herself, Gabrielle Carlile, for giving me the opportunity to co-list and support her on the journey to get this beautiful Puckett home to the closing table! I've said until I'm blue in the face how humbled I am when clients put their trust in me; so, for another REALTOR® and juggernaut to the business to trust me with their client and choose me to team up - it truly does mean everything to me.
