WHOOHOO!! Officially closed as of yesterday!

There are times in life that things just FALL into place and it is just an amazing sigh of relief. My client heard some amazing news from one of her children and had made up her mind to drop everything to be there for them, called me and we set a plan into motion to get the home on the market as soon as possible. She was a woman on a mission, and there was no stopping her! She took every little suggestion that I had and ran with it to make sure the house sold as quickly as possible. She even included valuable items for the next owner to continue taking care of the home as beautifully as she had...and her hard work and determination paid off EASILY!

We had LOTS of activity on this home and a few offers. We had accepted one, but the buyer got cold feet and backed out. I reassured her it would happen again and she trusted me to get it done. Not 4 days after the buyer backed out, we were met with multiple offers again...and this time the ABSOLUTE PERFECT buyer came forward. The transaction was SO smooth, thanks to Andrea Nicosia Robideau, that my client was not upset at all when a very minor hiccup the day before closing happened. She had already moved out, but I was able to fix the issue within a few hours, and she couldn't have been happier for it! All in a day's work!

There are some transactions that will always stick with you...whether it's the lessons you learn, the people you work with, or the crazy things that happen...that will make it a memorable one. This listing was EVERY SINGLE ONE of those and it will certainly never be a listing I will forget!

My seller clients were, first and foremost, some of the SWEETEST people I have had the pleasure to work with and they will forever be in my thoughts! They literally took every single lump thrown at them (both in this transaction and in their personal lives) and kept pushing forward, kept "letting things go", and kept "looking for the light at the end of the tunnel".
