Long term investments, like stocks, land, houses, etc, are a must have in my opinion. It might be slow, it might not, but with long term investments, youll get back what you spent and then its all profit. I myself do this, and it I feel relieved I have something to fall back on if tradgey strikes.

Today marks 17 years since I was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. (A.L.L.) in 2006 I didnt think I had a future but fought like hell for almost 3 years to have one. In May on the 8th in 2008, I went into remission and knew I had a future to live. I live everyday for the friends I lost in that time, including my best friend Johanna, who walked me through the hardest times and helped me see the light in the dark I was in. I thank everyday I havent relapsed. I have the scars inside and out to keep me strong and keep going. The memories of those passed to keep me striving each day to live for them, myself, and the family I now have I was told I'd never be able to have.

SHOUT OUT to all survivors of all cancers and illnesses. You are all stronger than anyone realizes. The side effects that come with these, that no one suspects or realizes that come with these serious illnesses, you beat them everyday to live another and see your future. YOU ARE AMAZING! Keep your head up and keep going strong willed human. We have battles to win so we can conquer the war!

I'm carrying on our family business of renting and flipping houses. I have my first tenants! This is one good way to have a passive income. Becoming a realtor with learning the ropes of doing all my dad did has been a wonderful journey.

It's just the start to making his business an actual business. The plans I talked about with him, which made him so proud knowing I'm going in a great field that will give me an career and a passion for helping those find a place to call home or their forever home.

FSBO (For sale by owner) is great way to buy a house if you can't get a loan you can afford. There are lots of types of loans that help. But I have found out finding a house with owner financing can be a easy way to become a homeowner.

Realtors also are the BEST resource and choice to go with when finding FSBO. Lots of owners go through your local realtors to help someone find their forever home. So call your local realtor to start finding your forever home. Or starting a business that could become the best decision of your future career!

Best decision of my life! And always been a.life long dream to be a homeowner, landlord, flipping and designing houses, and selling people their forever homes with my amazing company and dad's legacy of flipping, selling, and renting homes!
