I have some new followers on here so wanted to take a minute and introduce myself!

I am a licensed Realtor®️ in Central Iowa. I am celebrating 3 years in the business in October! In my first 3 years, I have helped on the sale of 21 houses. Did you know that 75% of real estate agents leave the business in the FIRST year and 87% leave in the first FIVE years?! Proud to say I am excelling and loving my new career!

Prior to Real Estate I ran daycare centers (up to 200 children) for 15 years. It's safe to say my biggest strengths are patience and communication 😅.

My husband Ryan and I have been married for 15 years and we have Kate (12 years) + Cooper (6 years). We have been in Ankeny for 18 years!

Why real estate? Real estate seemed like a natural career step for me because I enjoy helping people! From getting you set up with trusted lenders to help with the financial side, house hunting, getting your home ready to sell, educating buyers and sellers, offers, inspections, closings - I will be here for you through the entire process with patience, constant communication, honesty, integrity, and some fun!
