Georgetown South, Ann Arbor Georgetown Commons South Condominiums were built in 1976 by Bert L. Smokler and are a collection of 96 units on Ann Arbor's south side.

This Ann Arbor Condo complex features tree-lined streets and grassy areas creating a park-like setting. Georgetown Condominiums has a convenient location right on the bus line and are within walking distance of the Georgetown shopping center, which will be getting a facelift sometime in the near future. Just down the street there is beautiful Esch Park. Very close to Briarwood Mall and homeowners are a short bike ride or drive from downtown Ann Arbor.

State Street north of Eisenhower— between Stimson and Granger— will be closed from Monday, November 26 until February. Traffic is being routed to Industrial. See detour route in this article.

A stretch of South State Street will close for several months as crews install a new duct bank.

The traffic light is now operational at Stadium and Main.

Stadium is now open over the bridge and through the intersection at Main Street. But for some reason there's a blinking light at Main and Stadium. Hopefully they'll fix that soon, probably before the next football home game.
