"This is the second home purchase that Gary helped up through, and once again he set the standard for market knowledge (especially concerning waterfront property) and customer service. You couldn't ask for a better advisor/buyer's advocate and his communication and follow up was lighting quick. He went out of his way to keep the process moving smoothly and was a huge help in coordinating all of the inspections, etc. I highly recommend Gary to anyone buying/selling a home in the greater Annapolis area!"

"We met with a few different realtors when we put our house up for sale. Choosing Gary was a no brainer. He was very experienced in waterfront areas and how they compare based on locations and water depths etc. He was also very well versed with our shared pier/driveway scenario. Some folks saw it as a negative but Gary was able to explain it the right way to potential buyers to show the benefits. Gary was excellent to deal with.
