Hyatt Commercial finalized the $7.2 million sale of 18 Church Circle in Downtown Annapolis.

The prominent mixed-use property sits in Annapolis’ historic downtown corridor and includes the long-standing restaurant Acqua Al 2, which will remain open under its current ownership and management.

Hyatt Commercial’s Cecil Cummins, Eric Pinkett, and Owen Wellschlager represented the buyer in the transaction.

This sale reflects continued investor interest in well-located Annapolis commercial real estate supported by walkability, stable tenancy, and long-term market value.
