At this point I think living in Maryland means it’s required to keep an umbrella and a sweater in the car and casually plan your day around the different temperatures throughout the day.

I never really realized how weird some of our “normal” habits were until I left the state and had to explain them to someone who had absolutely no idea what I was talking about.

And honestly, those little things are half the reason I love living here.

If you want a few more excuses to enjoy the area this season, I already did the planning for you. 👇

Selling your home should never feel like a guessing game.đŸš«

When I sit across from a seller, I want them to know they’re getting the truth—even when it would be easier to say what sounds good in the moment.

Truthfully, that might mean having a pricing conversation that feels a little uncomfortable at first, or taking a closer look at an offer before anyone pops the champagne too quickly. (I love a celebration
 just not a premature one.)

Because the goal is not just getting your home sold—it’s making sure you feel informed, protected, and confident in the decisions you’re making along the way.

That’s the bare minimum for me for every client I work with.

If you’re thinking about selling your home in Annapolis or in the surrounding area, send me a message here or reach out to [email protected]
ïżŒI’d love to help you make a plan you feel good about.

Neighborhood Spotlight: Epping Forest 🌊🏡

Tucked along the Severn River, Epping Forest offers the kind of Annapolis lifestyle so many buyers are searching for—waterfront views, a strong sense of community and plenty of ways to enjoy life outdoors.

Established in 1926, the gated community features a mix of charming original cottages and larger modern homes, along with amenities including a beach, marina, clubhouse and tennis courts.

It’s a neighborhood that feels like a peaceful retreat while still keeping residents close to downtown Annapolis, Baltimore and Washington, D.C.

Waiting for the “perfect” time to buy can come with a cost. 🏡

While you wait, home prices may continue to rise, interest rates can shift, and you miss out on time spent building equity instead of paying rent.

That doesn’t mean everyone should rush to buy. The right time depends on your finances, goals and lifestyle—but it’s worth understanding the trade-offs before putting your plans on hold.

Thinking about buying but unsure whether now makes sense? Send me a message and let’s talk through your options.

Buyers start forming an opinion within the first 30 seconds of seeing your home. 🏡

They notice the curb appeal, the condition of the front door, how bright and clean the entry feels, and whether the home appears well cared for.

Those first few details set the tone for the entire showing—before they’ve even seen the kitchen or walked upstairs.

Thinking about selling? A few simple updates can help your home make a stronger first impression from the moment buyers arrive.

Want to boost your home’s curb appeal without taking on a major renovation? Start with these four weekend projects:

1. Refresh the landscaping
Trim overgrown shrubs, pull weeds and add fresh mulch or seasonal flowers.

2. Update the front door
A fresh coat of paint, new hardware or a simple wreath can make a big difference.

3. Clean and brighten
Power wash the walkway, clean the windows and update exterior lighting.

4. Replace the small things
Swap out worn house numbers, an outdated mailbox or old planters for an instant refresh.

Small updates can completely change the way your home feels from the street—and make a strong first impression on potential buyers.

Which project would you tackle first? 🏡
