Do you have a strategy that helps REALTORS® increase production, sharpen their skills, and grow profitability?

HCAR Elevate 2026, our first weeklong conference, is coming - and we're building something powerful, impactful, and valuable. Scheduled for June 8 through June 12, the week will be jam packed with CE, professional development, networking opportunities, our expo, and much, much more.

As part of our Expo & Ed Day on Tuesday, June 9, we are inviting proposals from members who are ready to help elevate the room.

We are seeking dynamic speakers to deliver 30-minute or 60-minute breakout sessions focused on real-world business growth in areas such as:

📈 Production
🎯 Prospecting
📱 Social Media
🤖 AI & Technology
📑 Contracts
🧭 Leadership
💰 Wealth-Building

✨ Meet Rita Williams — the heart behind HCAR’s Operations & Education! ✨

From coordinating CE classes and to making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, Rita is your go-to for ensuring our members have the education they need to be successful in their business. She also works with our Fair Housing Committee, helping them to educate members and the public about the importance of Fair Housing.

If you’ve taken a class or had a question answered with a smile - chances are Rita made it happen. 💼📚

If you pop into the HCAR office on a Friday during football season, you will surely see Rita wearing her Purple Friday gear to support her favorite team - the Baltimore Ravens.

We’re lucky to have her keeping HCAR moving forward every day!
