The Charles S. Hazard was a 3 masted lumber Schooner Owned an operated by Joseph H.Atwood out of Shipyard cove in Orrington,Me. from 1857 to 1868 hauling lumber out of Bangor, Me. down the Penobscot to Boston,New York and Hoboken ,NJ.
This Scale model of her has been researched and documented as a historic Vessel.
Keel was laid 9/26/21 Scale 1/4"=1' I will add pics of Const. as we go along.. Joseph H. Atwood was my Grt.Grt. Grandfather. Its. time a small part of his life came to light.
