Food Hack!
Full disclosure: I am NOT adventurous w/ meats, seafood, etc. I will NOT eat lamb. Just can't do it.
BUT, I love tzatziki. Aldi sells this dip. It's SO good! Here's what I like to call my "Poor Man's Gyro" with roast beef, instead of lamb. It's fast, & tasty:

Sliced Roast Beef
Cucumber Tzatziki Sauce
Five Cheese Italian Blend
Tomato
Mini Naan

Bake/Air fry the Naan,cheese, & roast beef. Top w/ Tomato & Tzatziki. DONE! 🙂
