Heads up Buchanan Cottages residents and friends! Eisenhower Drive will be closed on Thursday. Please plan accordingly!

Eisenhower Dr. will be CLOSED on Thursday, October 1, 2026 for road paving due to the trail project. The closure is expected to be between 6:00am-8:00pm. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this is for the safety of construction crews, motorists and pedestrians.

How to qualify?

☑️Outagamie County Resident
☑️60 year of age +
☑️Household income less than 185% of the poverty level ($29,526 annual gross income limit for 2026)

2026 Voucher Pick-Up locations will take place on June 2nd, 4th, 5th, 12th, 18th, and 25th. See the below flyer for locations and times.
