🌸It’s that time of the year!🌸 Spring is almost here and the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program is back in action. This program is designed to assist older adults to access locally grown fruits and vegetables. 🥕🥔🥒🫐🥦🍓2026 voucher pick up locations kick of today at Long Cheng Marketplace!

How to qualify?

☑️Outagamie County Resident
☑️60 year of age +
☑️Household income less than 185% of the poverty level ($29,526 annual gross income limit for 2026)

2026 Voucher Pick-Up locations will take place on June 2nd, 4th, 5th, 12th, 18th, and 25th. See the below flyer for locations and times.
