We are excited to report that construction has FINALLY started on our rehab project for our Randall Court Apartments in Appleton. We are hoping to have more information and pictures to post soon!

Since Outagamie County Housing Authority has been awarded Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) for our Appleton Project, we have been getting many requests to send out updates to the public and residents. These tax credits are allowing for a $10.5 million renovation at Randall Court and the scattered family duplexes in Appleton. The closing date for this was supposed to take place on or around April 1st, 2016 however due to delays, that date has been pushed back. It should be noted the project must be complete by December 31st, 2017. We will do out best to provide you with at least one update a week. More updates will be available as construction gets closer.
