I have clients looking for the following:

1. 2/2 anywhere between Arab and Boaz. $150,000 and needs to be FHA or Rural Development eligible.

2. At least a 3/2 with 3 to 5 acres. Nothing in the city limits unless they can have farm animals. $400k they will be in town next week so I would love to add your listing to my list of properties for them.
