Walking this morning along our beautiful American River Parkway like I do almost every day… And they are trying out a new little kiosk near the building at William B Pond. Right now it's open from 9 AM to noon and they are going to figure out the busiest days and keep it out there on those days. So cute! I love it! Go see them

This is what it's all about! This sweet young couple just closed on their beautiful new home on Friday… First time using the key to open the door! 😃😃 I met them at an open house… They fell in love with the house and wanted to make an offer… We did… We got it… 25 day close... and the smoothest transaction ever because they were on the ball! (And my colleague Jackie Merchant was on the other side of the transaction)
I didn't get a picture of their lovely parents darn it… But now I'm having withdrawals because when you spend so much time with the same people for nearly a month… Multiple text messages, phone calls, Inspections, whatever… And then it's all over....It's a big loss to ME! I miss them! ❤️Can't wait to see the house when it's all done up.
