Year TWO of AFJROTC CSLC Camp for Hudson is in the books. They had to get up every morning this entire week at 5:30 AM and endure drills until 10PM! He’s a trooper, and we are so proud of him! He’ll be sleeping the rest of the day today! 😂

☕ Hidden gem alert in Northlake… and this one might be my new favorite spot.

Function Coffee Co.

Just 5 minutes from Landmark, this cozy little coffee shop roasts their own beans, makes homemade syrups, serves fresh baked goods, and somehow feels both peaceful and full of life at the same time. There’s even a piano inside - and while we were there, a customer casually sat down and started playing. It honestly felt like something out of a movie.

I ordered the oat milk lavender latte and it was SO good. Definitely one of those places that makes you want to slow down and stay awhile.

North Texas keeps growing, but finding local places like this is what really makes a community feel like home.

Okay… the bar alone may have sold me on these homes. 👀

I toured both of the Drees Custom Homes models inside Landmark, and they are absolutely gorgeous. These homes truly showcase how custom and elevated new construction can feel when every detail is thoughtfully designed.

My favorite feature? The glass-enclosed bar with the beverage fridge. It feels straight out of a luxury custom home and would be perfect for entertaining, hosting holidays, or just making everyday life feel a little more elevated.

And can we talk about the TWO closets in the primary suite?! Because honestly… that may be the real luxury feature everyone needs. 😂

Drees is building on both 60’ and 70’ lots in Landmark with homes expected from the mid $700s to the mid $900s — and this community is quickly becoming one of Denton’s most sought-after new developments.
