Who are you helping this week?

I have a 90+ year old that we are trying to help regarding her place... she wants to die in it then sell it to us giving the money to who she wishes....

I also have a mom who's son will not move out of a house she wants to sell... We are looking to partner up with her to help her cause...

Creatively helping people is SO MUCH FUN!

Had a guy come to us after inheriting a property from his sister under horrible circumstances... It was such a sad story...

Had a guy come to us after inheriting a property from his sister under horrible circumstances... It was such a sad story it really affected my options for helping him...

We ended up finding him a better option then ourselves, and now the people working on the house are fixing it up in a way to help others not end up in the same situation as him again or his sister!

We did this all free of charge just to help! It's so cool to see the progress they are making and the healing that is happening!

We start on this project in 3 weeks! 300 or so rats as well come with it for NO extra charge!

I have a guy, we will call him Bob....

We started talking about his place and he mentioned that his kids want it for free, but he needs the money and does not feel like they deserve it.... He is sad with how rough the place is and does not want the world to see it either....

I told him we would buy it just the way it is without judgement and now we get to help him towards a new stage of life, buying it as HIS price.
